The Bait Shop sleeps 12 in the 5 larger bedrooms and sofa sleeper located in Spring Brook on golf course. Adjoining Bear Paw and Knotts Berry Pines, so if needed you could rent all the places for larger gatherings.

The Bear Paw sleeps 14 in the large 5 bedrooms and loft area located in Spring Brook on the golf course. Directly across the street from the wedding tent and bar area. Adjoining Bait Shop and Knotts Berry Pines, so if needed you could have larger gatherings.

Knotts Berry Pines sleeps 14 in the 6 bedrooms and also has a loft area with bunks, Knotts is located in Spring Brook on the golf course. Directly across the street from wedding tent and bar/restaurant area. Adjoining Bear Paw and Bait Shop. So if you looking for a larger family gathering , you can reserve all 3 locations. Equipped with a 240v EV Nema 14-50 plug.

The Pool House sleeps 12+ in the 5 large bedrooms that have all king beds, has a private indoor pool, basketball court and level beach front located on Lake Delton. There is a bait shop across the street and boat rental available 2 doors down.

We charge by the day, depending on time of year, 2 or 3 day minimum.
